Boxes, Friends, and Fireworks (sort-of)

With 4th of July being on a Thursday, Jamison and I took the 5th off and used that whole weekend to move to our new house.

Here is our little firecracker on the morning of the 4th.

After a day of moving, we went next door to Doug and Denise's for a nice relaxing dinner.  While Emmery enjoyed playing in her new pool, walking around their beautiful garden, and of course hugging her favorite Moose, we enjoyed talking with two of our favorite people.

We had a wonderful dinner, and after that we walked down to City Park to see the fireworks.  Due to wind concerns, the fireworks were postponed and Emmery fell asleep. But, the fireworks ended up starting when we were almost back to our house so we still got to see them :)

Denise has a blog on her printing press website- which has been recently completely re-vamped!
Here is a post that she left for us- I get tears in my eyes every time I read it.  They were the best neighbors ever, and we are so glad to have them as friends.
