She woke up that morning to find her new teepee.
Later she got to open her present from the Jensens- a wooden airplane set!
That afternoon we had a family get-together at a park by our house.
The temperature was luckily warm, but it was a bit windy so her banners had to be hung high
Quincie just turned 5, so we celebrated her birthday too. Em got her favorite dessert- cupcakes.
After cake, Emmery got to open presents and got some great stuff!
Then she and Quincie provided some live music.
When we got home, Emmery listened to the "happy birthday" text from the Jensen cousins about 20 times.
And shortly after fell asleep in her teepee watching her new Leapfrog dvd from Grandpa Ken and Grandma Patty. All in all, the perfect day for a 2 year old girl! Happy birthday to our little bean.
